Data honesty
How we handle home information
Home details come from builders and public sources and are labeled verified, reported, or unverified, with the date they were last reviewed. Sample records are clearly marked while the directory is being built out. Availability, pricing, incentives, HOA rules, zoning, and rental eligibility change often and must be independently confirmed.
