Our matching engine scores homes using physical property characteristics and the household requirements you choose to share: number of people, bedrooms and bathrooms needed, square footage, accessibility and privacy features, budget range, preferred areas, and timeline. It does not steer recommendations based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

Accessibility questions

We ask about mobility and accessibility needs solely to identify homes with the physical features you tell us you want, such as step-free entry or a first-floor bedroom. Answering is voluntary.
