We use your information to generate your Family Home Plan, match properties, respond to your requests, coordinate consultations with Charles Waterman of Platinum Star Realty, and improve the platform. With your marketing consent, we may contact you by call, text, or email about your housing search.
Sharing
We share your information with our real estate service partner to respond to your request, with service providers who operate our platform and CRM, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may withdraw marketing consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at (321) 495-6900. You may request access to or deletion of your assessment data.
Security and retention
Assessment records are stored with access controls and retained while your housing search is active and for a reasonable period afterward for recordkeeping. No system can guarantee absolute security.
